Create Compelling Customer Stories

Your potential clients want tangible evidence of how your product or service will work for them; that’s why customer success stories are so powerful. You can do this several ways. First is creating infographics that share compelling stats, quotes, and bits of information to catch attention. You could also create videos and/or a traditional case study that can be downloaded from your website. Or, beyond that, you could use all the content we just described and create a customer eBook, which is the most compelling customer content available.

Invest in Visual Content

Everything is digital these days, and your audience expects to find information at their fingertips. Because of this, visual content is invaluable. Things as simple as a use case, infographic, or diagram, will drive people much faster than reading paragraphs of text to get the same information. The possibilities are endless, from graphics to short-form videos to webinars!

Customize Your Content

Your audience wants to know that they are more than just a number – or a conversion – to you. Therefore, the more you can customize your content by industry, job title, accounting system – or anything you could think of – the more effective it’s going to be. While this may seem obvious, many companies are underutilizing the information they have on their audience.

Do More with Less

Many marketers find themselves hesitant to commit to new campaigns, new ideas, new ways to improve performance because they believe they don’t have the time or resources to dedicate to it. The way to combat this is to consistently refresh your content, and reuse or recycle what you have. For example, that blog you wrote two years ago? If you refresh it a little, it’s going to reach new audiences and be just as usable as it was then! No need to write something from scratch. Using what you have to make sure you’re publishing more frequently can help improve campaign performance, stay ahead of the competition, and reach new audiences faster.
